About Shirish Pandit
About Me

Hi, I’m Shirish – based in Berlin, rooted in India, at home in Germany and a big fan of Italy. I give massages, I love good food, and I never run out of curiosity.
I’m well anchored in both Indian and German culture, and I know Europe well enough to get happily lost in it – especially in Italy, with its food, its piazzas and its long lunches. Being at home in several worlds makes me a natural translator between them, and in the kitchen it shows up as fusion: Indian spices, Indo-Chinese street food, Italian simplicity and German produce on the same table.
At heart, I believe good things happen when people feel at ease – at the table, on the massage mat or in a good conversation.
My background
Before I turned to massage, I spent more than 25 years in business and technology, in multinationals, specialist consultancies and SMEs. Along the way I worked on:
- digital transformation and workplace technology
- HR, business and learning processes
- cloud technology decisions (AWS, Azure, Oracle)
- corporate academies and leadership programmes
- partnerships between universities and global businesses, and Indo–German collaboration
That experience is why I like clear structure, practical examples and calm dialogue – it still shapes how I work today.
Education
- MBA — London Business School
- FCCA — Fellow Chartered Accountant, UK (non-practising)
- B.E. — Bachelor of (Civil) Engineering, Pune, India
Interests
- AI and quantum computing – two topics that pop up in almost every conversation these days. I enjoy sorting what is hype from what is real, and what is simply fascinating, ideally over a cup of chai.
- Cultures and cuisines – Indian, German and Italian ways of living and eating, and what happens when they meet (hello, Indo-Chinese).
- Indian scriptures – their essence, and how it can lighten everyday life.
- Well-being – bringing good food, massage and a bit of philosophy together for an all-round sense of ease.
- Golf – practising my swing and my patience.
How I work
I strive to make complex topics understandable. I enjoy using real‑life examples, structured thinking, and thoughtful dialogue to support better decisions.
People describe me as calm, resilient, and collaborative — someone who values clarity and practical progress.
Beyond Work
Outside of my professional life, I relish activities like:
- Indian and fusion cooking
- Hands-on DIY work
- Offering massages — my own style combining elements from Ayurvedic, Thai and Chinese massages
- Solving cryptic crosswords
- Travel — especially Italy (Tuscany, Rome)
I speak English, Hindi, Marathi, and German fluently, and conversational Italian and French.
My calling: restoring the flow
Beyond projects and roles, one theme runs through everything I do: expanding consciousness to restore the flow of life – in people, in teams and in organisations.
Rigid thinking creates blockages – in a career, in a company, in an economy. Awareness, curiosity and good tools (AI included) help things move again. I draw on Vedic and yogic wisdom, insights from modern science and decades of business practice, and I share these impulses on LinkedIn.
